Chere (a published author) and her staff really know the intricacies of job searching in today's legal profession employment market. It was a revelation. I had mentioned to an attorney buddy of mine how I had become quite frustrated and disillusioned with my job search, the application process, and what seemed like boundless negativity and bias from several HR personnel. He then referred me to ELS. Subsequently, after I met with Chere, I learned so much and I feel new energy and encouragement ! Now, I am better armed and now know that these days I need to utilize modern strategies, follow specific avenues based on my background and to target certain size law firms with updated tactics in light of AI and other technologies being used by legal employers, what language/phrases to use and not use during interviews and that it's no longer just a Cover Letter, Resume and Letters of Reference needed to land a well-fitting position, just to list a few topics we covered in my session with Chere. She was very generous with her recruitment knowledge and time. Plus, Estrin Legal Staffing offers a free Resume review. I HEARTILY RECOMMEND ESTRIN LEGAL STAFFING !!
